He was predeceased by: his wife Kathy; his parents, Frank Evans and Ada Olson; his stepfather Ben Olson; his son-in-law John Dotson; and his siblings, Carl Homer, Jim Evans, Ruby Olson and Becky Hostetler.
He is survived by: his daughters, Tammy Mocan (Andy) and Tonya Dotson (John); his grandchildren, Kelley Mocan, Michelle Childers, Jason Dotson and Amber Dotson; his great grandchildren, Aaron, Justin, Paylynn, Prezzley, Gunner and Gracie; and his sisters, Susan, Patti, Sherry and Terry. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
