He is survived by: his parents, Kelli Renee Valentine (Walters) of Aberdeen and James Valentine Jr. of Montesano; his siblings, Derek Valentine of Aberdeen, Logan Sisk of Aberdeen and Keisha Sisk of Boardman, OR; and his nieces and nephews, Hunter and McKenna Sisk.
As a final gift, Quintin was able to help others in dire need with the donation of living organs upon his passing.
