He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Van Blaricom (Jim) and Ila Henke Van (Gladys). He is survived by: his son Michael Roy Van Blaricom (Shari Van Blaricom); his wife Betty Van Blaricom; his daughter Debbie Middleton (Jesse Middleton); and his grandchildren, Breanna Gentry (Bruce Englund), Tracy Dawson (Trent Dawson), Dustin Van Blaricom (Rose Van Blaricom), Toni MacMillan (BJ MacMillan), Taylor Gentry, Evan Gentry, Dusti Van Blaricom, Haylie MacMillan, Lola Van Blaricom, Reegan Dawson, Ryker MacMillan, Michael Englund, Kyle Englund and Bryce Englund.
