He is survived by: his spouse Marjorie Leggett (Roe); his sons, Steve Leggett and Tim Leggett of Aberdeen; his son-in-law Scott Schumacher of Olympia; his brothers, David Kelley of Brentwood and Bill Bernert of Scottsdale, AZ; his brother-in-law Dave Smith; his grandchildren, Stephanie Bailey (Nick), Nick Leggett (Tiffany), Zachary Leggett (Kayleigh), Dylan Schumacher (Megan) and Mallory Schultz (Drew); and his great grandchildren, Max Bailey and Lorelei Leggett.
