He is survived by: his wife Shirley Herzog of Montesano; his children, John Herzog of Montesano, Cheri Schrible of Montesano and Carole Falk of Hemmit, CA; and his sisters, Marge Engebretson of Pelican Rapids and Deloris Peterson of Fargo, ND. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
