He is survived by: his daughter Paula Jo Royce; his grandchildren, Jacob Allen Dodd and Paige Suzie Whitlock; his nieces and nephews, Traci Bowldy, Stacy Conboy, Christa Cornwall, Scott Midland, Jeff Cornwall Morris, Mitchell Royce, Tony Royce, Michael, Jeremy, Bruce and Kevin Voss; and his siblings-in-law, Brad Cornwall and Christine Voss.
Allen's daughter, Paula, is kindly accepting donations to help cover the costs of the services.
