He was predeceased by: his mother Nancy Elaine Pugh (Casteel). He is survived by: his father George William Pugh (GW) of Poulsbo; his wife Dana Pugh; his daughters, Carly Spradlin of Denver and Jordan Spradlin of Ellensburg; his brother Kent Pugh (Brad Pugh) of Poulsbo; his sisters-in-law, Laurie Pugh and Stephanie Pugh; his niece Kiley Pugh; and his nephew Ryan Pugh.
