He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Linda, Jim and Mike; his grandchildren, Travis, Jacob, Ben and Kristina; his great grandchild Mason; his sisters, Avis Hornbaker, Loraine Thayer and Shirley Smith; and his brother-in-law Larry Whitfield.
