She was predeceased by: her husband William Dickinson; her parents, Donald Owen and Sadie Elwanger Owen; and her sisters, Lois Gregory, Clara Renk and Donelda Kelly.
She is survived by: her great-niece Tammy Deery; her siblings, Donald and Sadie Owen (Elwanger); her former husband Neil Peterson; and her sister Evelyn Brandsma. She is also survived by thirteen nieces and nephews, and numerous great and great-great nieces and nephews, step-grandchildren, and step-great grandchildren.
Jeanette suffered from dementia for the past 9 years and we ask that in lieu of flowers and cards that you make a donation to a dementia charity of your choice.
