He was predeceased by: his father Paul G. Lee. He is survived by: his wife Sheila Lee; his children, Bianca Lee, Chryse Lee Calkins (Seth), Amanda Hoffman Danter (Allen), Joshua Hoffman (Ashley), Jason Hoffman (Beth) and Brandon Hoffman; his mother Billie Lee; and his siblings, Paul Lee, Bridgett Chrysanthis (Tommy) and Tommy Lee (Machi). He is also survived by eleven grandchildren.
