He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry McCain and Agnes McCain. He is survived by: his wife Cathy; his daughters, Amanda (Paul) and Laura (Taylor); his former wife Denise; his daughter Jennifer (Lance); his grandchildren, Anna, Grace, Evie and Miles; and his siblings, Carolyn and Danny (Karen).
