He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles H. Nelson and Cassie Nelson (Beck); his wife Norma Jean Hoover; his daughters, Cheryl R. and Jeanette D.; and his grandchildren, Aaron Bruton, Ryan Garton, Ashley Matiko and Michelle Aichele. He was also cherished by six great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandsons.
