He is survived by: his parents, Nichos Katsanis and Viola Mae Katsanis; his spouse Pauline Loraine Hackett; his brother Daniel Katsanis (RoseMary) of Scottsdale, AZ; his children, Linda Creutz of Ferndale, Kimberly Ammeter (Keith) of Lexington and Jason Katsanis of Seattle; his grandchildren, Summer Holeman (Pete), Sunny Little and Daniel Creutz; his great grandchildren, Kerri Little, Harmony Sullivan, Sevon Little and Elijah Holeman; and his great great grandchild Wyatt Brown. He is also survived by many other relatives and dear friends.
