He is survived by: his children, Trudy Caldwell (Jim) and Curtis Holt (Suzie); his siblings, Alan Holt and Sharon Anderson; and his grandchildren, Mary Jo Kelberg, Steve Melton, Michael Melton and Julia Holt. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren, and an extended family of nephews and nieces.
