He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Carl Sternoff and Evelyn Sternoff; his wife Barbara Sternoff; his daughters, Jodi Cohen and Lisa Feldman (Boris); his granddaughter Carly Cohen; his brother Allan Sternoff (Colleen); and his grandson Max Cohen.

In lieu of flowers, the family invites donations to the Boy Scouts of America.
