It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Laurel Preston of Medina, Washington, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on April 19, 2024, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Stephen; her children, Jason (Monica), Hillary (Reed) and Conrad (Destinee); her grandchildren, Julian, Lina and Astrid; and her parents, William Bates and Ethel Bates.
In lieu of flowers, friends and family are invited to make a donation to one of two organizations Laurel deeply supported: the Hydrocephalus Association or the Bellevue Schools Foundation.
