Kurtz; and his children, John Thomas Kurtz (Linda), Kristine Trader (Mike), Peggy Bicak (John), Steve Kurtz (Lisa), Matthew Kurtz (Sue) and Jenny Johnson. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
