He is survived by: his parents, William Bolster and Carol Bolster; his sons, William, Logan and Dylan; his sister Lori; his brother-in-law Jeff Hardacker; his brother David; and his sister-in-law Heather Bolster. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
