He was predeceased by: his sister Gloria Jean Roll; his granddaughter Misty Martin; and his stepdaughter Susan Graham. He is survived by: his brother Ray Purdy (Janice); his children, Cindy Martin (Jeff) and Greg (Debbi); and his stepchildren, Steve, Arnie, Connie and Julie. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
