It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Earl Stanley Cawthorne (Medical Lake, Washington), born in Memphis, Tennessee, who passed away on July 5, 2018, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his spouse Hope I. Hudson; his stepdaughters, Rochelle Hope and Anastasia Teresa Shyvers; and his sisters, Jean Nailing and Carolyn Farmer. He is also survived by his wife, son and step-daughters.
