He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar J. Peterson and Selma Peterson (Nelson); and his spouse Jean M. Thompson of Kalispell, MT. He is survived by: his children, Cheryl L. Peterson and Kenneth A. Peterson; his grandchildren, Ian N. Fisher, Ariana R. Davidson and Alyssa J. Peterson; his siblings, Bernice T. Hallam (Peterson), Doris M. Stene (Peterson), Gladys L. Boehm (Peterson), Vonnie Stuart Kehoe (Peterson), Arnold "Arnie" W. Peterson, Julian S. "Sandy" Peterson and Leo Douglas Peterson; and also, River J. Brazington and Thomas Allan Felkins.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Riplinger Funeral Home and Crematory (4305 N Division St, Spokane, WA 99207). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Riplinger Funeral Home (4305 N Division St, Spokane, WA 99207). A burial was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Glacier Memorial Gardens (2659 US-93, Kalispell, MT 59901).
