He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Howard and Esther Howard; his son Kevin; and his granddaughter Julie. He is survived by: his wife Wynona Cook; and his children, Kenneth Howard, Jr. (Renee), Mildred Richart (Dennis) and Margurette McDugle (Bob). He is also survived by four grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and many neices and nephews.
