She is survived by: her husband Mickel Amend; her children, Heather Lape (Timothy) of Jersey Shore, Pennsylvania, Shanna Rice (Brian) of Palmyra, Janelle Berwald (Travis) of Friday Harbor, Washington and Bryan Harstead of Burlington, Washington; her stepson Jesse Amend (Mandy) of Corona, California.; her grandchildren, Alyssa, Malaya Amend, Aiden Lape, Gabriella, Alexander, Julianne Rice, Wyatt, Amelia Berwald, Eliana and Josiah Harstead; and her siblings, Marilyn Garner (Terry), Ronald Confair (Carolyn) and Donna Henderson (Lee). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, with an extended family.
