He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Hebert and Harriet Hebert of Everett, WA.. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; and his daughters, Carol Kinnamon, Jamie Ross of Marysville, WA and Vickie Gay of Chugiak, AK. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
