With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elaine L Phelps of Manson, Washington, born in Wenatchee, Washington, who passed away on June 7, 2020 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Scott and Pat Scott; her husband Lell Perry Phelps; her brothers, Dennis and Terrance Scott; and her granddaughter Tricia Haerling.
She is survived by: her children, Jim Phelps (Karen) of Chelan, Jean Haerling (Mike) of Manson, Sam Phelps (Julie) of Snohomish, Patti Young (Tom) of Manson, Dennis Phelps (Lori) of Plano, TX, David Phelps (Paula) of East Wenatchee, Ray Phelps (Shelly) of Wenatchee, Alice Harris (Joe) of Chelan and Frank Phelps (Desiree) of Manson; and her sister Sandra Segaline (John) of East Wenatchee. She is also survived by 28 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
