She is survived by: her husband Donald Earl Powell of Mabton, WA.; her children, Bradley Allen Haines of Pasco, WA, Raymond Earl Powell of Mabton, WA and Debra LaVerl Manthey of Redmond, WA.; her grandchildren, Joshua, Logan, Travis, Elizabeth, KayDee and Sean; and her siblings, Harlen Haines and Cindy Haines.
At Roxann's request in lieu of flowers, she wished you to mentor a younger or elderly person.
