We are sad to announce that on September 23, 2020, at the age of 72, George Geertsma of Mabton, Washington, born in Artesia, California passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Geertsma and Florence Geertsma; and his brother Ted. He is survived by: his wife Pearl; and his children, Melanie McCarty (Charlie), Brenda Geertsma, Heide Alcorn (Mike), Melissa Tidwell (Jeff), Jeffrey Geertsma, Jennifer Geertsma, Michael Geertsma (Laura), Cassandra Visser (Tristen) and Anthony Geertsma. He is also survived by 21 grandkids and 3 great-grandchildren.
