She was predeceased by: her parents, Gene Scalf and Beverly Scalf. She is survived by: her former husband Cliff Bullard; her husband Ivan "Drew" Andrew; her siblings, James Scalf (Sharon) and Carol Brown; her daughter Whitney Vanhulle (Trent); and her stepchildren, Allison Bullard, Kevin Bullard (Carol), Dana Darby, Eoff, Jennifer Caple (Nick), Kristine Maxwell (Brandon), Abby Standar (Joe) and Katie Thomas (Matt). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Diamond J Rodeo Camp, Evergreen Youth Livestock Show (EYLS) or Evergreen Fair Foundation these are organizations that Vickie greatly supported.
