It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stephen Arthur Delaney of Lynnwood, Washington, born in Priest River, Idaho, who passed away on March 7, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jeanne M. Delaney and William E. Delaney; and his sister Billie Anne Hicks. He is survived by: his sisters, Marcia Delaney, Lynnwood and Kathy Meislahn (Eric).
