He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Gibson and Esther Gibson. He is survived by: his wife Christine Craven; his children, Tom (Cindy), Barbara (Lars) and Susan (Sean); his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Anna, Jonathon, Stephen, Will and Ian; and his sister Carolyn (John).
