He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas R. Palmer and Vera M. Palmer (Wimberley). He is survived by: his sister Vera "Lynn" Hansen of Utah; his wife Brenda Palmer (Ecclestone) of Everett, WA; his daughter Tonia Rapp (Palmer); his son-in-law Scott Rapp; and his grandchildren, Jaelin, Kallie and Colten Rapp of Lynnwood, WA. He is also survived by nephews and nieces.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, October 27th 2024 at 2:00 PM at 19223 Hwy 99, Lynnwood, WA 98036.
