We are sad to announce that on June 30, 2018, at the age of 76, Paul Phan (Lynnwood, Washington) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his parents, Phan Van Cay and Dang Thi Vuon; his spouse Hong-Phuoc Thi; and his brother Luc. He is also survived by husband and father went home peacefully to be with the Lord, June 30, 2018, in Bothell, Washington at the age of 76 surrounded by family and friends.
