We are sad to announce that on August 29, 2024, at the age of 98, Olaf Melvin Berentson of Lynnwood, Washington passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gustav Berentsen and Ingeborg Berentsen (Norgaard); his wife Betty (Larsen); his children, Cara Lynn and Scott (Vickie); and his siblings, Margaret Schultz (Donald), Luella Grimsley (Willard), George (Eleanor), Arnold (Margaret), Clifford (Theresa) and Elmer.
He is survived by: his granddaughters, Kara, Deanna and Tanya; his brother Gustav Berentsen, Jr. of Bagley, MN; his sister-in-law Violet Berentsen of Bremerton, WA; and his daughter-in-law Valerie. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and many other family and friends.
