He was predeceased by: his sister Chrissy Harem. He is survived by: his family Joey; his parents, Joseph Haley and Alice Haley; his siblings, Marty Haley, Brian Haley (Mandy), Danny Haley (Kristen) and Tricia Haley; his brother-in-law Ryan Harem; and his nieces and nephews, Andrew Haley, Cole Harem, Silas Harem, Peter Haley, Lizzie Haley, Bridget Haley and Melanie Haley.
Memorials may be given to Immaculate Conception Regional School or to Generations Early Learning and Family Center in Bellingham, WA, where Joey's godson, Silas Harem, attends preschool.
