He was predeceased by: his parents, George Carr Colburn and Mary Elizabeth Colburn (Roberts); his wife Carole Anne Fischer; and his brothers, Thomas George Colburn and Benjamin Carr Colburn.
He is survived by: his sons, Bill Colburn (Colette Glenn) and Johnny Colburn of Lynnwood, WA; his siblings, James Colburn and Joanne Adams of Bedford, IN; and his brother-in-law Bill Fischer (Dee) of Sanford, NC. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
