He was predeceased by: his parents, Ephraim Baldwin and Rebekah Baldwin; and his wife Carol Baldwin. He is survived by: his children, Charles A. Baldwin, Jr. (Vivian) of Woodland, GA and Carol Ann Dyson (Jeffrey) of Everett; his grandchildren, Lance Dyson (Diane) of London, Holly Erickson (Andrew) of Lynnwood and Kyle Dyson of Everett; his siblings, Mabel West of Spokane and Bob Sauter; and his brother-in-law Larry Defore (Peggy) of Juliette, GA.
