He is survived by: his wife Anna Marie Reddeman; his children, Kevin Lewis (Brenda), Kimberly Hall (Bob) and Korey Lewis; and his grandchildren, Kyleigh, Nathan, Kameron, Alicia and Bobby. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
