He is survived by: his wife Shirley Echelbarger Keeler; his daughters, Joni Schwenke (Cleve) and Jill Steele (Tim); and his grandchildren, Troy Schwenke (Christy), Christy Synsteby (Micah), Tara Olvera (Fernando) and Brady Coan (Heather).
