With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Theresa H. (Bronsema) Meester (Lynden, Washington), who passed away on September 22, 2024 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Theresa H. departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Theresa H.. Though Theresa H. may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Nicolaas Bronsema and Hllichina (Bos); her husband Walter; her sister Martha; and her children, Hilda Vinyard (Michael), Betsy Kingma (Arthur), Martha Kooiman (Darryl), Theresa Vander Velde (Clarence), Grace Peschek (late Steve), Lydia Faber (Tim) and Daniel (Stephanie). She was also cherished by 40 great-grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, September 26th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Monumenta Cemetery (1980 Front St, Lynden, WA 98264). A memorial service was held on Thursday, September 26th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Covenant Grace United Reformed Church (1227 Loomis Trail Rd, Lynden, WA 98264).
