He was predeceased by: his grandfather Roberto Briones Sr.; his uncles, Mario, Mitch and Floyd Briones; and his grandchildren, Azarah and Azaelinah Briones.
He is survived by: his wife Tammy Briones; his children, Craig, Felicia and Roberto IV; his grandchildren, Malayah, Roberto V, Insley and Faith; his grandmother Eva Briones; his father Roberto Briones Jr. (Mother Debbie Panker); his siblings, Jennifer, Anthony, Summer, Curtis, Billy, Chrisi and Ashley; and his aunts and uncles, Aaron, Alonzo, Benny, Delores and Joyce.
