He is survived by: his friend Jesus; his wife Joyce Groen (VanMersbergen); his sons, Wayne Groen (Nicki), Randy Groen and Gordy Groen; his grandchildren, Darren Groen (Kelsey), Trevor Groen (Lexi), Tanisha Gourley (Isaac), Nathan Groen, Brant, Paisley, Ivy, Paxton, Knox, Mazy and Myles; his sisters, Ruth Nieuwsma and Myra Peterson; his siblings-in-law, Joyce Groen and Robert VanMersbergen; and his siblings, Dorothy VerHoeven, Wilma Terpsma, Willis and John Groen.
