He was predeceased by: his mother Janice Pinkstaff (Stoe); his grandparents, Melvin, Maureen Stoe, William Pinkstaff Sr. and Margaret Sievers; and his sister Baby "Girl" Pinkstaff.
He is survived by: his father William "Bill" Pinkstaff of Lynden; his sons, Zachary Fugeman of North Dakota and Vincent Fugemen of Kentucky; his sisters, Cheryl Maulin (Jon) of Everson, WA and Brenda Smith (Brent) of Kenmore, WA; and his nieces and nephews, JD Maulin, Cooper Smith, Amanda Brown (Brent) and Carlie Hazari (Ben). He is also survived by three grandchildren.
