She is survived by: her sons, Wallace Forslof (Terri), Chase Forslof and Justin Forslof; her grandchildren, David Forslof, Mia, Abigail, Samson, Gideon Forslof, Payton and Chloe Forslof; her siblings, Viney Maas (Vernon), Kimberley Tjoelker (Ernie) and Loren Van Den (Carolyn); and her sister-in-law Melinda Van Den Top. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
