She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Stuurmans and Alyce Stuurmans (Koetje); her husband Harold; and her siblings, Marvin, Seymour and Elaine Matter.
She is survived by: her children, Pam Langstraat (Jed) of Lynden, Dawn Langstraat (Jerryl) of Lynden, Cheryl Baar (Gary) of Lynden and Kevin Visser (Lori) of Lynden; and her siblings-in-law, Luella Stuurmans, George and Gladys Visser. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 40 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.
