He is survived by: his wife Barbara Koetje; his siblings, Jerry (Meredith), Janis, Jim, Joan and Jill (Randy Davis); and his in-laws, Cheryl (Dale Hendricks) and Galen Koetje (Tami). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
