She is survived by: her daughter Colleen Polinder; her grandchildren, Shawn Polinder and Olive Hope Polinder; her husband Al Haak; her children, Gloria Bode (Gary) and Victor Haak (Lisa); and her grandchildren, Monica Crabtree, Michelle Lehnert, Stacia Hoeksema, Shawna Vander Leest, Monte Bode, Rustin Polinder, Mason Bode and Krista Brisky.
