He is survived by: his wife Barbara Veurink; his sister MaryAnn Haan; his sons, Rick (Julie), Tim (Belynda) and Jon (Stefawn); his grandchildren, Jordee Arvin (Brooke), Carissa, Ariana, Faith (Lafe), Brooklyn (Nate), Kiera, Ella, Joel, Katelyn and Carlton; and his great grandchildren, Emerlyn, Kensleigh, Liam Arvin, Maisey and Baker.
A graveside service was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 at 1:15 PM at the Monumenta Cemetery (1980 Front St, Lynden, WA 98264). A memorial service was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the First Reformed Church (610 Grover St, Lynden, WA 98264).
