He was predeceased by: his parents, Beulah Rothrock and Melvin Rothrock. He is survived by: his wife Lois Rothrock; his children, Brenna Calnan, Diane Sampson, Bob Rothrock, John Rothrock, Greg Rothrock, Cindy Forde and Jackie Forde; and his siblings, Lenora Thomas and Tom Rothrock. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren.
