He was predeceased by: his parents, Weston McIntosh and Alberta McIntosh (Lothrop); and his brother Brian. He is survived by: his daughters, Katherine Lee of Las Vegas, Nev and Michele Schafer (Kurt); and his siblings, Noreen Fitts (Joel) of Grays River, Wash. and Woodrow McIntosh of Cokeville, Wyo.. He is also survived by four grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews.
