He is survived by: his wife Joyce Claypool; his son Jeffrey Lyle Fix (Karen L. Gaebel); his siblings, Marie L. Appel and Curtis W. Fix; his grandchildren, Garrett L. Fix (Sarah D. Fix), Josie A. Fix, Larissa L. Gaebel, Rachel A. Gaebel and Hannah M. Gaebel; and his great grandchildren, Weston L. Fix, Norah D. Fix, Theodore J. Fix of Savannah, L. N and Kohen A. Gaebel.
